All prices exclude VAT. No other fees or charges will apply. If there is outstanding work from previous periods then an additional charge may apply. This charge will be agreed up front and invoiced when the work has been completed.

What does this service include?

  • Unlimited support from your own dedicated accountant
  • A full set of accounts
  • Completion of abbreviated accounts for Companies House
  • Submission of the corporation tax return (CT600) to HMRC
  • Submission of confirmation statement to Companies House
  • For Sole Traders and Partnerships it includes one standard self assessment
  • Cloud accounting software (Xero) with bank feeds and a mobile app
  • We can complete your Self Assessment if required (varies by circumstances; typically £130-150 per annual filing)
  • Regular tax efficiency recommendations
  • Automated reminders for your important deadlines

How does billing work?

For each of our services, except Accounting, we bill after the period has ended, which is better for your cashflow and means we can bill you fairly, i.e. the invoices you receive will be based on the actual revenue / order volume / etc. rather than estimates.

For the Accounting service we charge you monthly, based on your provided estimate revenue. At the end of the financial year, once we know the actual annual revenue in the period, we will charge an invoice for the difference between what has been billed for the period, and the correct monthly accounting fee x 12 (so that we collect a full year's fee in respect of each annual filing we prepare).
